An Anniversary Taking Root
The BID Group celebrates its 40th anniversary. For four decades, we have been among the leading providers of receivables management and debt collection services in Germany. With a clear focus on innovation, artificial intelligence, and process automation, we have not only established efficient processes and international networks over the past decades but also continuously invested in digitalization to set new benchmarks.
To mark our 40th anniversary, we initiated a very special project in the Oberfüllbacher Forest: the BID Forest.
In Zusammenarbeit mit der Schutzgemeinschaft Deutscher Wald haben wir 350 Bäume gepflanzt – einen für jeden Mitarbeiter. Damit setzen wir ein nachhaltiges Zeichen und unterstreichen unsere Verbundenheit zur Natur und den Menschen.
Die ersten Setzlinge wurden feierlich von langjährigen Mitarbeitern und Auszubildenden gepflanzt. Doch unser Engagement endet hier nicht: In den kommenden Monaten haben alle Mitarbeiter die Möglichkeit, sich aktiv einzubringen und den Wald weiter wachsen zu lassen. Das Projekt wird umfassend dokumentiert, um die Entwicklung des Waldes über Jahre hinweg zu verfolgen.

The BID Forest is part of the "Community" pillar – one of ten pillars of the BID Academy – and exemplifies our commitment to community, sustainable action, and active participation beyond daily work routines.
