During our planting event, our apprentices revitalized the raised beds in our garden with herbs, strawberries, and tomatoes. With great dedication, positive spirits, and genuine teamwork, they dug, planted, and created something together.

It wasn't just about gardening; it was primarily about taking responsibility as a team and accomplishing something together. This is precisely what makes the difference at BID: cohesion that is tangible in everyday work.
